How can I quit for good?
Everyone has a different history with cigarettes, different motivations for quitting, different triggers, different psychological issues related their smoking habit. That’s why I will design a stop smoking program to fit your specific needs.
How long will it take?
I recommend a minimum of three one-hour sessions. The first session is straight “programming”—delivering suggestions to your subconscious mind to replace your old smoking urges with newer healthier ones.
In subsequent sessions, we will use classic therapeutic techniques, such as Parts Therapy or Regression, to uncover the hidden motivations behind your tobacco habit.
It’s here that the true, long-lasting effects of hypnotherapy are found. It’s here that even longtime smokers discover a new perspective on life, a new way of motivating themselves to stay away from tobacco forever.
